    Hey there

I loved reading your blog but how come you have disabled the leave a comment section??

    • Hello Mister!

Thanks for commenting over here I appreciate the good notes I receive. I’m glad you like the blog. I recently disabled many of the comment sections, because I seem to be some kind of hate magnet for trouble over the things I post. I get an abundance of extremely unconstructive and undeveloped attacking comments from the “other side”, or whatever you want to call them. You know the boring, heard it all before ‘name calling”, because of that I found it unbeneficial, pointless and unproductive to keep the comment lines open, as there is no rational or logical debate going on, but rather I deserve to die stuff and everyone like me. They kind of crawl out of the wood boards like termites scattering around whatever news I’ve just posted up. It’s rather odd, but who knows maybe one day I’ll re-open it up for a free for all.

    Hey again

I am sorry to hear that you have received hate comments on your blog and that you needed to disable your comments section. Would it not have been better to not approve them in the first place?
It seems such a shame that decent bloggers who appreciate educated and thought provoking work such as yours cannot express their appreciation towards individual posts!.
That said your views are greatly valued and enjoyed and I have added you to my blogroll.

  4. Wow thank you for that incredible and more than generous comment.

I did stop approving the ‘hate’ comments, but it became redundant seeing them constantly come in.

I love your blog I’ve added myself to it as well! :)

Hey Kevin — I’m actually a moderator on Hot or Not and you didn’t leave too much revealing info about yourself in your profile (which is a good thing) but by googling you I still found you (I googled dude lit and skimmed links til I found your picture and, well, here I am). I think it’s awesome what you’re doing and I want to spend more time looking at your website and finding your books. Sorry about the negative feedback you get (was reading one of the comments about that) — keep on doing what you’re doing and drop a note sometime!

    Thanks,
    Bobby
